JSA is a great autograph authentication company as well but they don’t encapsulate their cards (although they are supposed to partner with CGC to offer authenticated encapsulation services.
My opinion, as someone who enjoyed watching Brett Favre when I was young and own some of his collectables; I would look for a PSA card that has a high card grade and a high auto grade.
